Valentine Candy Bar Holders

These are the Valentine's for our boys.  These are getting less fun to make as they get older. Is that fair to say?  *Ü* They're really not into little animals with googlie eyes anymore...sigh.

The instructions for this Candy Bar Holder can be found in the 12 Days of Christmas 2011 edition.

Cardstock:  Real Red, Pool Party, More Amore Designer Series Paper
Stamp Set:  Occasions Alphabet
Accessories:  Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Corner Rounder, Pool Party Ruffled Ribbon, Fashionable Hearts Embosslit, Big Shot

  1. I know what you mean, Becky. I can't even get my son to decorate his Valentine box for school. He's just not into it any more. I have a fifth grader. The candy bar holder is super cute...just like all of your creations.

  2. Yes, my child is a teen and the "cutesy stuff" just doesn't have so much meaning anymore, despite the love and support I always receive! I sigh along with you!
BUT!!! I LOVE your sweet creation and with room for a g-card holder; yippee! So Thank You So Much for providing a tutorial, I am off to check that out!
LOVE your creation too, of course! Thanks for sharing yourself with us Becky!!!!!! HUGS! Donna

  3. Every (grand)mother's WORST nightmare! Glad it turned out OK. Hold each other a little tighter tonight!
