Be My Valentine Fabric Flower

This is one of the cards my stamp clubs made last week featuring the new More Amore Designer Fabric.  It was so quick and easy - hardest part was peeling the Sticky Strip!

Cardstock:  Pool Party, Very Vanilla, More Amore Designer Series paper
Stamp Set:  Delightful Dozen
Accessories:  Honeycomb Embossing Folder, Big Shot, Wide Oval Punch, 1-3/4" Circle Punch, 2-3/8" Scallop Punch,  More Amore Fabric, Sticky Strip

Close up of the flower.

To make the flower, cut fabric about 2" x 8" long.

Lay the Sticky Strip along one long edge on the inside of the fabric.  Peel the Sticky Strip backing and fold the fabric over.

Lay another piece of Sticky Strip along the same edge, just on top of the fabric this time as shown in the photo.

Make cuts about 1/4" apart in the fabric from the folded edge to the Sticky Strip line.

Peel the Sticky Strip off and start rolling the fabric along the sticky side.

Once it is completely rolled up fluff the flower petals.

Attach to the card with Mini Glue Dots.
