Top Note Halloween Purses

Remember this purse card I made in January for swaps to take to Leadership? I made it with the Scallop Oval Frame die-cut.

I decided to try the same thing using the Top Note die-cut! Aren't these cute little Halloween purse cards?

I will either use the White UniBall Gel Pen to write in them or put a piece of white cardstock inside.

Cardstock: Basic Black, Wicked Fun Specialty Designer Series Paper, Rich Razzleberry, Cajun Craze & Old Olive
Accessories: Wide Oval Punch, 1" Circle Punch, Vintage Brads, Scallop Oval Frame die-cut, Top Note die-cut, Big Shot (you need one of these! Ü), Chantilly 1/2" Lace Ribbon
