Designer Desk Set Tutorial is Now Available for Purchase

It's ready!

Designer Desk Set tutorial is now available.

$3.95

This 22 page tutorial contains step by step cutting instructions and color photo directions for completing the 3 Drawer Chest, 3 Part Stationary Caddy, 2 individual full size card Magazine Holders, and 4 cards.

The Caddy and Magazine Holders are for full size cards (4-1/4" x 5-1/2"). It is the SAME Magazine Holder I created for my October 1st posting, which was the first day of my 12 Days of Christmas tutorial set.

Some of the early comments noted a similarity of the Magazine Holder to the Filled With Flair template created by Lauren Meador for Papertrey Ink. However, my Magazine Holder was released in October 2008 and predates Lauren's posting by 6 months. This tutorial is based on my original design from that October Tutorial and not on any works by others. A link is provide above so you can verify the date and authenticity of my Magazine Holder posting. Thank you.

Wow -- I'm so sorry that you had to put a disclaimer like that on your blog. I have ordered most of your tutorials and they are all great. It is ashame that people don't have better things to do with their time than try to cause problems for others.

Awesome set! I too am sorry you had to have that anonymous comment. It bugs me when they leave comments like that and won't sign their name (they get deleted on my blog Ü).

I too have ordered from you and LOVE the tutorials! They full of information, written beautiful and well worth the money. I also ordered Lauren's and am sure from just looking at yours that it isn't even close to being made the same way. Off to order yours now...

Please keep creating.

Becky,
That's really sad that people are accusing you of stealing ideas. Your tutuorials are lovely and easy to follow and I've enjoyed the ones I've bought. Don't let the bummers get you down and keep your lovely work coming. There are those of us out there that appreicate what you do.

Surely, there is enough room in the stamper's world for both you and Lauren to thrive. DAH! Don't folks have anything better to do with their time, like stamp??I've never purchased any of your tutes, but am ordering this one in minutes. From the many comments I've read, I know I'll be tickled pink. As a previous comment stated, shrug it off and keep creating.

Hi Becky,

I have just ordered your stationery set, thankyou for coming up with these innovative and very creative ideas. I have purchased three tutes now so don't let the naysayers get to you my friend and just keep up the good work there are those of us that really appreciate your creative mind and the person behind the mind. I don't think I would have been able to come up with it so I really appreciate those that can. Looks like you have plenty of support here.
Thanks Becky

OK, I follow your blog and get updates and use your ideas for mine and give credit when due... I am SHOCKED that someone would post you "stole" an idea from another, and this is TWO instances of PaperTrey Ink being nasty to another as if they are the original in EVERYTHING they do!!! Grrrr, makes me SO angry!!! Anyway, I am sure you wern't the first and wont be the last to get bombarded with nastiness but I do wish you HUGS and off to complete a purchase from you!!! Sounds like fun, and simple to follow, I NEED Simple!!!! ;)

Chin up and keep me entertained! LOL

Don't let the anonymous accuser get you down Becky! I get so aggravated with people who say hurtful things when they don't even know the facts, and on top of that, don't have the courage to give their name so you would have a chance to defend yourself! Your tutorials are by far the most concise, complete, CUTE, and cost-effective tutorials I have ever seen! How about that--4 Cs in a row, but your projects rate an A+ in my book!
Thanks for sharing your talent with us!

I just wanted to say that I have Lauren's and your project. It did not even occur to me the similarities of the two. Her templates are meant to be copied onto paper then cut out. I like yours better because you give measurements on how to cut them without having to copy it onto paper. Yours make is easier to modify or enlarge (or shrink). Go Becky!!

I love your designs and all of the ideas. I follow your blog and some others and many ideas often overlap but I would never think that one person "stole" that idea from another person. There are really no new ideas under the sun, and people draw inspiration from everywhere.

Another master piece. I am soooo exicted and cannot wait to give this a try. As to the comments made, if you don't have something nice to say then keep it to yourself. We all get inspiration from each other and share our ideas accordingly, that is why we blog, isn't it??. Keep up your AWESOME, INSPIRING WORK Becky!!!! Your are so kind to share with anyone who wishes to visit your place.....

Guess what Anonymous? Have you read all of the other comments, looks like you are the only disappointed one.... READ ALL OF THE LOVELY COMMENTS AND MAYBE YOU COULD RETHINK YOUR COMMENT AND GIVE BECKY AN APOLOGY.....
